Day 1: Cai river cruise (-L/D)

Pick up at hotel, transfer to pier.

Visiting the fishing village, handmade clay stove village, ancient house of Vietnamese in the 19 century.

Transfer to Memento country side and check-in, have a lunch. Relaxing and enjoying the fishing at a fishpond in the garden, sunbathing or reading on grass field in tranquility. Enjoying the unique spa service: natural shampooing with soapberry & lemon juice, refreshing open-air shower amid beautiful surrounding of fresh greed countryside during the day or evening (paid by yourself)

Listening to frogs croak in the evening. Have a dinner, and overnight at Memento.

 

Day 2: Exploring the countryside (B/L/-)

Cock – crow to awaken you up, birds singing when sipping your morning coffee, watching the sunrise over the mountain behind immense paddy field, gentle countryside breezes, winding walk away around extensive green grass cover.

After breakfast at Memento. Taking an horse carriage tour through the village and paddy fields. Visit local communities with interesting local life: paddy field works, buffalo boys fluting, making  rice paper…

Visiting the local market. Preparing the cooking class and have a lunch.

Transfer back to hotel.
