The Office of Culture, Sports and Tourism of Quang Binh in the center of Vietnam announced this news

Tien Cave is located in the Quang Cao commune of Tuyen Hoa district. The Oxalis travel agency is authorized to exploit this cave.

At present, the discovery of the Tien cave has following trips: 1 day, 2 days and the combination circuit of the discovery of the Tu Lan cave in Phong Nha Ke Bang National Park. This tourist route will be operated from November until the end of August of next year. The discovery stops in September and October which are the rainy season when the water rises.

According to Mr. Nguyen A Chau – CEO of Oxalis, this discovery is classified as adventure travel but it is less complicated because the topography and weather are suitable for all travelers. Therefore, participation in this trip not only helps visitors to get to know themselves, but this is also the opportunity to enjoy the incredible beauty of the Tien cave.

Tien cave in Quang Binh was discovered by the Royal Association of British Caving in 1994 and is now officially exploited for tourism service. This is basically a dry cave (except during the flood season). The Tien cave connects with the Tu Lan cave belonging to the Phong Nha Ke Bang national park.

The cave has a total length of about 3 km with 2 branches: Tien 1 and Tien 2. The entrance is quite wide with the height of 70m and width of about 50m. The ceiling quite particular with the height of 30 – 100m is covered by color stone veins in unique shapes…

With the annual flood season, Tien cave is covered with a layer of fine sand. With the sunlight shining inside, vegetation grows well to create a colorful natural painting to Tien Cave in Quang Binh.
